Hot Tea Brewing Recommendations:
Put 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9 oz/200-260 ml of water in the teapot. Pour freshly boiled water over tea. Steep 3-7 minutes. Milk and sugar are not recommended.
Ideal brewing temperature: 65°C/149°F
Water temperature is very important when brewing this type of tea. Boiling water temperatures are usually too high and stop the release of delicate aromas and flavors of the leaves.
