White Tea
White Tea is one of the healthiest kinds of tea. It contains more of the powerful antioxidant “Polyphenols” compared to any other type of tea. It also contains much less caffeine per cup compared to Oolong, green or black tea.
White tea can kill bacteria, viruses, and fungi in the body with more success than other teas. It can also aid and boost the immune system of body because of its antioxidants. The polyphenols in this tea are also considered to lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure and fight fatigue.
White tea requires great care and effort to produce. Early spring provides the best quality leaves which are Silver buds and tender leaves. They only pick the leaves for a short period each year and therefore this makes the tea precious and rare.
